Yikers! We are data hogs! Living with a set amount of data is now frightening. We had 10 GB of roll over data from cell phone only days & we wanted to use it up! Because we are heading to another area where data use may be limited, we downloaded our next set of Spanish lessons. We still had 4 GB
so a movie seemed like a fun way to finish the ATT month. We choose the Netflix show “The 100’” & cuddled up on the bed! Toward the end of our first hour, Edward screamed “oh, my God! We’ve gone over!” We jumped up so quickly, you would have thought a snake was in the bed. Overage data runs $15 a GB so we quickly turned the tv off & shut down every device on board. Thinking to ourselves, " we’ll never get to see another movie again."
According to our ATT online account, it appears we did not go over. Now we have to call ATT to figure out why the mobile hot spot did not sync with their data usage. This month our plan has no rollover minutes so we will have to live on 15 GB. I do not think it is possible. Last month, we used about 1 GB a day. Looks like our ATT bill will be climbing ever higher! Those of you with land connections, rejoice in your unlimited access. I may be calling you to look something up!
The other technological issue of the day was trying to get the Panthers game. Many texts to Camille, a Skype call to James, & a phone call to Boone (who was able to watch online) ended in frustration! No luck! The best Edward got was play by play updates on Fox.com. A sad way to not see Cam!
We strolled into Florida again today so I am including the Jim Woodruff Dam & army corps pictures in today’s post. Lake Seminole is over 37,000 acres & seems endless. It is also home to many alligators & is renowned for its duck hunting!
We are having lots of fun hanging out & relaxing. “Having nowhere to go & nothing to do” does not make for very exciting pictures or posts!
